GPPC Certification Renewal
PABC certified pilots will be required to take a GPPC renewal exam every five (5) years to demonstrate currency of knowledge of GPPC standards. This proof of currency is vitally important to both employers and to pilot candidates.

Major U.S. airlines indicate that the typical new-hire pilot has been employed in some form of commercial or business operations for 10-12 years and has flown for four or five employers before being hired at the major airline level.
