GPPC Learning Outcomes

Under ISO Standard 17024, the first step in creating a professional certification program is to develop a Job Task Analysis (JTA) based on input from subject matter experts (SMEs).

The JTA defines the knowledge, skills, attitudes and competencies (KSACs) that candidate pilots must acquire in order to be considered well-qualified for employer-provided,  initial, new hire flight training courses. Once these pre-employment jta standards are developed, they will be re-written to be expressed as desired learning outcomes for flight students in ab initio, bridge and MPL courses.

The GPPC standards and outcomes will be made available at no cost to all interested parties through the PABC website.
